Web shared Google doc
“JustATestOfAWebSharedFile”
Perhaps with a test of permissions?

Why does it say “Type @ to insert”?
Try it out, nimrod.
Gee, thanks.
You’re welcome!
✨ What the hey, this is a WYSIWYG document, right?
Yes, it is.
So, like, whoopdeedo. Let’s share it… <…Menu item: File/Share>
💡 OK, let’s test Permissions…
What to do? Read the dang article again…
Or maybe this one: https://www.makeuseof.com/chrome-extensions-supercharge-google-docs-sharing/
DocSecrets extension?
The title is centered in the document, but not the published page
The link is a craaaaaaazy link
This page’s link is: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vR3U20K1fn374G1d0UdZAb2EfcG3IwUaCd4SB5MR8-NowcUnQe1bbJMLGMr-OvKr7vGxJbNM_hP27Dt/pub
Can we make a pretty print link somehow? <research me>
Use bit.ly or equivalent?
Bit.ly can be free, but requires an account
Used tinyurl.com(free, no account) to produce this link: https://tinyurl.com/JustATestOfAWebSharedFile001
The “live” updating of the web published doc is pretty cool (auto-updates every 5 minutes)
There’s a big “Published using Google Docs” banner at the top of the published page
Can we make it go away?
There’s this: https://gdoc.pub/ ?

Embedding
I tried embedding this page in a New Google Site, and the big banner was still on the published, embedded document. Too bad.
The auto-updating ceases to work on the Site? Seems to take a snapshot of the doc at the time the Site is published. [EDIT] It works, it’s just slow to update.
Auto-saving of the document while editing is something to get used to for those unfamiliar with it
Menu item <File/Page Setup>

Don't forget to adjust the margins! In about two clicks (~16% per side?) is good.
Seems to work...
